about us
Our journey began in 2017 when a recently graduated NJIT PHD student and a MIT Sloan graduate joined forces to start a new type of company.: a company with a vision to design and develop products that could tackle current and future issues affecting humanity and our planet. Three years later, angel investors and more engineers/ scientists from UPENN and NJIT joined our company to accelerate the development of our products.
We strongly believe in an RR&D business model where most of the revenue generated is reinvested in Research and Development, thus shorting the developmental cycles required to bring new products to the market. The Covid-19 pandemic that caused the loss of many lives among of those dear family members, partners and friends delayed many of our projects, but our company continues to push forward.

Our company is committed to developing products that will significantly improve the quality of life for humans and our entire planet. Products that could help reduce carbon footprint, improve the safety of highways, buildings and homes, and innovative green energy technologies.
